Oath Keepers - "Not on our watch!"

In times when the government removed further and further from the citizen and the Struggle for their own preservation of power determines the daily operations, it becomes increasingly important that citizens see their rulers on the knuckles. In this role, the Oath Keeper seen in the U.S..

The Oath Keeper is an organization that was founded in April 2009 by Stewart Rhodes, a former paratrooper of the U.S. armed forces. Full membership could take any active or retired soldier, fireman or policeman. The motto of the Oath Keeper: "Not on our watch"

The name has nothing to do with oatmeal. The word "Oath" is different by an additional "h" and refers to the oath. An analogous translation for Oath Keeper could be: "The stand by their oath."
The Oath Keeper remember above all that they have made an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America and not to any politician or party. For them, this oath binding and attains a special significance when the institutions of the legislative, executive or judicial power to try to circumvent the Constitution guaranteed rights or even overturn.

The Oath Keeper have been a 10-point program. These 10 points are made of Instructions or commands, which are members of the Oath Keeper If none will follow, because they are unconstitutional in view of the organization: first

We will not obey orders to disarm the American people.

second We will not obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people

third We will not obey orders to detain American citizens as "unlawful enemy combatants" or to subject them to military tribunal.

4th We will not obey orders to impose martial law or a "state of emergency" on a state.

5th We will not obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.

6th We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control."

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.

10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Emphasis get those 10 points, considering that it is only available from the members to U.S. law enforcement officials, soldiers and National Guardsmen involved, who would ultimately charged by their government to impose repressive measures against its own people. These repressive measures could sometimes be have anti-constitutional character, such as during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in the summer of 2005. Police searched without a legal basis, only at the direction the police chief of New Orleans, homes of private individuals and confiscated firearms. Both are under the U.S. Constitution, however, protected legal interests. In addition, residents of New Orleans against their will in Louisiana Superdom were recorded, which amounted in the opinion of observers of internment.

According to the Oath Keepers so must unconstitutional orders from no one who ever swore an oath to the Constitution are run.

The founder Stewart Rhodes explained the objectives of the Oath Keepers:

Conclusion
The movement of the Oath Keepers in the U.S. is still quite young, but she has a huge supply. It remains to be seen how this trend will continue.
would be desirable for a similar civil rights movement, but also for our country.
