After my victory in the marathon Pfronten the best of the temperatures we had was to prepare for the European Championship in Israel, it went directly to Haifa. The elite race was on Friday at 12 clock in the program and it should be a heated battle. The course was over 7 kilometers long and had to drive relatively technically demanding. The race was over 7 rounds and the course did not allow any mistakes. I had a great start and finished in 12th place in the first round. In the second round happened to me then a mistake and I had a fall, but could not continue the race and only lost a little time. During the race I corrected myself up in 11th place, but had in the 5th and 6th round off the accelerator a little because I got cramps from the heat and fell to 16 Rank back. The last round went better and I came as a 15 ter to the finish. A crazy result when you consider that with the number 33 I went into the race and nearly all the top riders at the start were. On Sunday, now comes my home race, which is also the OEM.
